Qatar Live 2021 was conceived as a cultural and creative landmark for the Arab Cup, a spectacular fusion of tradition and technology. With PHNTM leading the creative direction, Take Me Live was brought in as the execution partner to reimagine the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center into an immersive, never-before-seen live event arena. The vision was clear: a seamless integration of architectural innovation, immersive content, and emotionally charged stage design that celebrated the spirit of Doha on a global platform.
Story
When PHNTM needed a production powerhouse capable of delivering their boldest vision yet, they partnered with Take Me Live. Over 20 days, our team transformed 5.5 million square feet into a living, breathing spectacle anchored by "The Flower," a massive projection-mapped sculpture built with 92 petals and 482 rigging points. To bring this monumental installation to life, we engineered a bespoke ground support system to overcome technical challenges posed by the venue's porous roof.
From custom-branded lobbies and tailored photo zones to a fully immersive concert environment for 17,500 guests, every detail was executed with precision and artistry. The event's scale, creativity, and flawless execution set a new benchmark for live events in the region. Qatar Live 2021 became a defining moment in experiential production.
