The experience translated the Red Bull Basement platform into a physical space built around pitching, content, networking, and live audience engagement.
Story
For the Red Bull Basement UAE National Finals, Take Me Live delivered a complete event environment covering project management, scenic build, production infrastructure, technical systems, and guest-facing experience zones. The scope included a branded entrance arch, media wall, main stage, judges platform, demo gallery, and Moniify podcast area, creating a layered environment for presentations, interviews, showcases, and audience interaction.
The production scope also included audio, lighting, video, LED screen, power distribution, scaffolding, furniture setup, site protection, manpower, and permit coordination. With dedicated production and technical management across setup and dismantle, the finals were executed as a polished, brand-aligned platform for spotlighting the next generation of innovators.
